REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Hair Extensions being a beauty product and considering the health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept the return if the hair is found to be used in any form. If the hair is found to be used, it will be marked as unsuitable return- Refer below section " No Unsuitable Returns Accepted". Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To start a return, you can contact us at suresh@hairboutiqueindia.com. If your return is initiated, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

All the exchanges do have a restocking charge of 15% of the product cost. Shipping costs and transaction fees are not reimbursed. You have to pay for the shipping cost for both ways unless we have shipped a wrong or defective item. Exchanges are processed in 10 business days from the date of product receipt. 

Returns

All the returns do have a restocking charge of 15% of the product cost. Shipping costs are not reimbursed unless we have shipped a wrong or defective item. Transaction fees are not reimbursed. You have to pay for the return shipping cost. Returns are processed in 10 business days from the date of product receipt. The refund will be sent to the original mode of payment.

Defective or Wrong item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and you may return an eligible item for a refund. The returned goods are inspected at our factory. If the returned item is found to be defective or you have received a wrong item, the refund will be processed in 10 business days from the date of product receipt. Transaction fees are not reimbursed. Incase of exchange for this scenario, we will ship the exchange for free. And if we determine the defect is due to improper handling by customer, it will be held for 5 business days pending the customers payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item(s), they will be discarded and the return stands cancelled.

Note: This being a 100% natural hair, there could not be an exact colour/texture match. Few bundles may have a stronger texture while few may have a lighter texture. And few bundles may have a lighter shade of colour while few may have darker shade of colours. We do the best to match similar bundles together yet this being a natural product, we cannot guarantee an exact match of colour / texture. Also other natural properties such as split ends should not be considered as a defect but the originality of the hair. Also there could be minimal shedding as by nature, the hair strands are too thin. Any concern regarding this will not be considered valid for return or exchange.

No Unsuitable Returns Accepted

If merchandise unsuitable for restocking is returned, it will be held for 5 days pending the customers payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item(s) they will be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.
